The Ort Castle (also written in Orth until the early 20th century) is a complex of two castles on Lake Traunsee and is located in a district of the city of Gmunden.
In my opinion, the walk around the castle and the Tuscany Park are worth more than a visit to the castle. Both are also free. In the castle, only the inner courtyard can be visited. Interiors are not accessible.
You just have to enjoy this view. Get off and let your gaze wander. Incidentally, the castle was the setting for the television series "Schloßhotel Orth".
