Short via ferrata for the experienced. 2 caves close to the waterfall have to be crossed. Very cool. A point marked with E that can be bypassed. E-point is a steep descent around a rock into a small cave. You should be able to hang up in an emergency if the kick needs to be corrected. Then you have to cross the river on a short zip line. Exit also a bit tricky, but doable.

The route from the Neue Bielefelder Hütte to the Schweinfurter Hütte is very demanding and should only be started in very good and constant weather conditions. If you do have to seek protection, this cave would be suitable.

The Höllenrachen Steig is very short but crisp. A small exposed spot and a very short passage with roller. An additional carabiner with a fixed rope is required for this. But you can handle both. You should do the climb several times, the second/third time it gets better and better.

In the area of the Geolehrpfade is based on the witch's cave, the animal trail, which is different than usual instead of pictures, designed with nature (stuffed) animals. Lovingly arranged and provided with additional information boards, the concept allows a clear explanation of the wildlife in the Ötztal. The way is to go well even with simple footwear.
