The Waldhaus is a barbecue hut in the Baumholder city forest. The forest house in the Baumholder city forest can be rented from the city (Tel: 06783 - 98 11 40). There is water and electricity and the possibility to grill. Indoor and outdoor seating invite you to linger and rest. The rest area is located on the "Bärenbachpfad" dream loop. The town of Baumholder has two huts with barbecue areas in the "Gärtel": the "Waldhaus" and the "Nöhringhütte". Both cabins are equipped with toilets.
