In 1834, the composer traveled along this route to visit his fiancée in Asch in Bohemia. This created a cross-border path that is 12 km full of nature and romance. Coming from Bad Elster, simply follow the official hiking board in the rose garden and discover the signs on your way, such as the Paul Schindel Park, the Bily Halstrov reservoir, the Hainberg observation tower or the Sady Miru Park in Asch.
