The Tauber is an idyllic, small river that rises near Weikersholz and flows into the Main River near Wertheim after approximately 130 km. It accompanies cyclists almost the entire length of the "Liebliches Taubertal" cycle path between Rothenburg ob der Tauber and Wertheim, offering many beautiful spots for rest stops.

From Lanzendorf, you can also enjoy a lovely ride into the Aurach Valley. Or out in the opposite direction 😉 The Lanzenbach stream flows through a beautiful side valley towards the Aurach.
