Down below/here on the Schliessklammweg trail, there's a former quarry. Right by the Michelbach stream, next to the path, you can see one of the old quarry faces. Further along the trail, climbing the slope, the path narrows as it runs alongside the stream until it reaches the spring, the Karl-Schwarz-Brunnen, via a steep path. This is a truly wonderful section.

A wonderful rocky path with consistently stunning views of the Murg Valley. Partially protected with steel netting to prevent rockfall. Only the waterfall left something to be desired in August. It was reduced to a droplet shape.

Beautifully carved forest goblin who controls access to the Gertelbach Waterfalls... He doesn't let people he doesn't like into the gorge :p

Beautiful, narrow, steep path... but a lot of trees have been cut down there recently, so the view is a little sad

Great path along a stream. Sturdy, waterproof shoes are recommended as the path was muddy in some places. The small waterfall is great. You should definitely walk the path at least once.

It's at the bottom of the parking lot at the lower entrance to the trail.

Unfortunately there is no water running down here at the moment, either because of the cold or it no longer exists...?

Because it's fun and it's simply beautiful there.
