Located on the southern tip of the Carpione Promontory, the hill system separating the Gulf of La Spezia from the alluvial plain of the Magra River, and with a magnificent view of the Punta Bianca cliffs, lies this small "refuge," created and cared for by a group of local volunteers with a passion for wood carving. It is a clearing equipped with hammocks, deckchairs, and tables, all handcrafted with great care, where you can relax while admiring the islands of Palmaria, Tino, and Tinetto on the horizon. At the center of the clearing is a small wooden house, in perfect nautical style, whose door—left open to welcome visitors—bears the plaque "Rifugio Paradiso." It's worth stopping here not only for the view, but also for culinary reasons!

At Colla Craiolo (907 m.a.s.l.) there is a shelter of the National Alpine Association, which also serves as a chapel. Nearby there is also a beautiful fountain.

Excellent location for a short or long stop. Stunning view of the sea and excellent linguine with clams!

Superb refuge ideal for resting during a hike or while passing near Porto Venere. The 2 guards are welcoming. The rather gargantuan meal (25€/person and the view is magnificent).

The Sanctuary of Our Lady of Soviore is a long-standing religious complex located in a panoramic setting, known for its wooden statue of the Virgin Mary. After a steep climb from Monterosso, visitors are rewarded with a spectacular view. At the cafe of the sanctuary, you can enjoy drinks and light dishes.
