A visit to Weymouth in southern England is definitely worthwhile. The town offers beautiful sandy beaches perfect for sunbathing, swimming, and water sports. The harbor promenade is ideal for strolls and enjoying fresh fish in the restaurants. There's also the impressive Jurassic Coast, which invites hiking and exploring. Combining charming coastal flair with a lively atmosphere, Weymouth is an attractive destination for relaxation and adventure.

Lovely aspect whcih you can se in the great photo. Good spot when doing any number of walks in Puddletown forest and around. Harye's Cottace neatby - I think you have to book with he National Trust currently.

There's some great independent shops if you look hard enough

Weymouth is a beautiful place with a great harbour and wonderful beach

Such a pretty, old-fashioned town by the sea in the best way! The long, fine sandy beach is probably the main attraction, but we also really liked the parks, marina and pedestrian zone. I recommend planning this if you are going on a hike

Great nature reserve effectively in the middle of Weymouth.

Radipole Lake is a nature reserve managed by the RSPB. The reed beds and water channels are home to a variety of birds and animals including kingfishers and otters.
