The detour via the Perfalleck from Faistenau to Fuschl is suitable for all cyclists, from trekking bikes to e-bikes. You avoid the busy main roads and save about 1.5km. But there are around 50 meters more altitude, and that with a gradient of well over 10% in some cases. In addition, Perfalleckstrasse is quite busy for a side road, as drivers also use this shortcut. However, I would always prefer the variant via Perfalleck to the one via Baderluck.

Lake Fuschl is simply beautiful and is also the purest lake in the Salzkammergut! You can also taste that at the castle fishery, where you can get the best fish! Definitely worth a break! ❤️🍺
