The Swing Bridge in Belize City is one of Belize City's most famous landmarks. It spans Haulover Creek, a tributary of the Belize River, connecting the north and south of the city. The bridge dates back to 1922/1923 and was built in Liverpool. Its rusty condition suggests that it can no longer be moved. From it, you have a beautiful view of the boats in the small harbor and the colorful houses of the cruise terminal, as well as the buildings of the surrounding residential and commercial district.

The sign was placed directly opposite a ballet school and is intended to warn that ballerinas can cross the street.

Perfect for a day of relaxation. For an entrance fee you get loungers, changing rooms, showers, slides, Tarzan swings, and much more. Food and drinks are extra. There is also a souvenir shop.
