It is a work by the Frenchman Quinto Pierres Vedel, begun in 1537 and completed by the end of the 16th century. It consists of two tiers of arches. Always cold and abundant water, at 1,500 m above sea level. According to a local who was drinking water there 44 years ago, it is so called because the coldness of its waters caused some indigestion to the hot farmers who quenched their thirst there.

This church, referred to here as the "Iglesia Modernista", with the title (patronage) "San SALVADOR" was not dedicated to one of the many people we venerate as blessed or saints and ask for their heavenly intercession with God. Rather, it is dedicated to the incarnate Son of God, Jesus Christ, our Redeemer and Savior.

This is the Plaza Mayor of the city of Teruel, where you will have a wide variety of gastronomic offerings, as well as places of interest to visit. It is the social and cultural center of the town and is usually taken as a reference to start the routes that run through the town and the renowned Spanish Lapland. Its name is due to the taps in the fountain, which are the heads of bulls, the icon of the province of Teruel.
