According to legend, if you crawl through the stone once, your wish will come true, provided you keep it to yourself. So it's definitely worth it for everyone. You can read the entire legend on the plaque, including a special episode about the former carters. But to read it in full, you have to make the journey here.

Despite the challenges posed by logging operations and the loss of spruce trees due to environmental changes, Gießübler Switzerland remains a place of wildly romantic beauty and peace. My visit to this picturesque region was characterized by the feeling of immersing myself in another world. The circular route through Gießübler Switzerland took me through varied landscapes that impressed both with their natural beauty and the traces of human intervention. Despite the current situation with logging, it is a place that shows the power and resilience of nature. The hike through Gießübler Switzerland offered the opportunity to explore the highlights of the region, from the Dachsbachkanzel to the Langertfelsen. Every step along the way led to new discoveries, be it a hidden clearing or a breathtaking view. The landscape is constantly changing, making the hike a captivating experience. The loss of the spruce trees is a sad sight and a reminder of how important it is to protect and preserve our natural environment. It is a wake-up call to recognize the importance of forests for ecological balance and biological diversity.

The highlights of Gießübler Switzerland are definitely worth seeing. But the current environment, from the Dachsbachkanzel to the Langertfelsen, is unfortunately exactly the opposite due to the massive logging.
