State Game Lands Number 38 is a 5,577 acre area of protected land. The land is open to the public for hunting, bird watching and hiking. There are miles of trails that cut through the park and several lakes.

Grass Lake is a beautiful lake in Tannersville Bog. There is a nice trail that runs along the lake and gives you great views of the water.

This small pond offers a small beach area with plenty of water activities, including swimming and kayaks available to rent in the area. There's even a floating obstacle course you can take part in.

This is a relatively smaller lake, but most of the time, you'll find it full of life with people swimming, kayaking, and a wide variety of wildlife around the area. There's a nice trail that encircles the lake, offering views of the entire lake.

The loop around Hidden Lake is an easy, family-friendly trail. Watch for bullfrogs, snakes, and other wildlife in this tranquil destination.

This is a nice 250-acre lake. It is popular with fishing and boating enthusiasts, but it's also very pleasant to simply stroll around.
