The Gleinalmschutzhaus is located on the Gleinalmsattel in the middle of mountains. You can also spend the night at the Gleinalm refuge to start a hike or something else the next morning. Cycling is not allowed to this shelter, but once a year there is a mountain mass in the adjacent Gleinalm church, where you can and may ride to the shelter. This is also used by many who like to ride a bike. The service is fast and friendly, the food is delicious and you can enjoy your time spent up here. From here you can also start many hikes. For example on the Speikkogel, Lenzmoarkogel, Roßbachkogel, Lärchkogel,...

The saddle house, also known under the name Oskar-Schauer-Haus, is a great, rustic alpine house. The Oskar-Schauer-Haus is the perfect place to start a hike to the White Lord (40 minutes walk to the White Lord). From there you can also hike to other places such as the Stierkreuz or Ternbachkogel. In the saddle house there is a nice and friendly service. The food tastes very good👍. There is also a large parking lot at the saddle house where you can park your car during the hikes. People love to come back here😃🚶‍♂️!

The Sattelhaus, also known as the Oskar Schauer House, is a great, rustic alpine house. The Oskar Schauer House is the perfect place to start a hike to the White Lord (40 minutes walk to the White Lord). From there you can also hike to other places such as the Stierkreuz or Ternbachkogel. There is nice and friendly service in the Sattelhaus. The food tastes very good👍. There is also a large parking lot near the saddle house where you can park your car during hikes. It's a pleasure to come back here😃🚶‍♂️!
