By mountain bike, the final access from Saldes is demanding, with a steep slope and loose stone; it is best to tackle it with patience and good traction. Tip: if you get there in the afternoon, stay for a few minutes — the light over Pedraforca is pure magic.

The Niu de l'Àliga Refuge is located at an altitude of 2,500 meters at the top of Tosa d'Alp, in the municipality of Bagà. Magnificent church of Sant Romà de la Clusa in an unbeatable setting, with spectacular views of the Serra del Catllaràs. It belongs to the municipality of Castell de l'Areny, and to get there you can go from the track that leaves the town of Vilada, it's about 10km uphill with some quite demanding sections. The path that follows, cut in the rock, hangs over deep precipices cut by the Clusa stream. Next door is the manor house of the same name. The Mirador is also located a few meters below. Also highly recommended.

Can Plans is a rural ecotourism accommodation in a farmhouse rehabilitated in a way that is respectful and sustainable with the environment. It has three rooms that are rented individually and serve organic meals. In the house there is a farm and an orchard. Can Plans is located on the outskirts of the Figaró-Montmany district, within the Montseny Natural Park, a UNESCO biosphere reserve. The project to recover the farmhouse and its surroundings follows the ancient principle of self-management of its own and surrounding resources, but taking advantage of new technologies and respecting the environment and conservation. Can Plans offers three rooms (two doubles and one duplex) with a total of nine beds and capacity for 11 people, as well as a study room. Breakfast is included in the room rate, and organic cuisine lunches and dinners are also served. The house has heating, air conditioning and wifi.
