An easy gentle walk in the woods which in hotter weather is cooler. Safe, slippery when wet in parts. Full of chirping birdlife. At the end there is a welcome silver tubed caravan serving coffees, cakes and quick meals. A welcome retreat.

This is a small sand and shingle beach located a small hike from Looe. The bay is sheltered with a relaxed tide so its great for a sunny summer day with family.

The view across the river toward West Looe is one of the town’s highlights, offering a charming panorama of colourful houses along the hillside and boats lining the harbour.

Looe Bridge is a Grade II listed bridge in Looe, Cornwall, over the River Looe. The bridge was built in the 1850s to replace a dangerous 15th-century structure.

West Looe, on the west side of the River Looe, is the quieter of the two sides of the town. Dog walking is popular here as pooches are allowed on the local beach, Hannafore, all year round.
