Two food outlets here, both handy for a coffee or a bite to eat. Tree Tops Restaurant and Deck OPEN 8am–4.30pm daily for breakfast, lunch, snacks, drinks, cake and ice cream (food served until 4pm) The Herons' Hatch Takeaway OPEN every weekend and weekdays during school holidays. Breakfast is served from 8am - 11.45am

In 1805 the Grand Unicon canal from London to Braunston opened, passing through Fenny Stratford. To overcome a local problem during construction a temporary lock was installed here at Fenny Stratford and still remains to this day. There is a pub here namely the Red Lion public house and the lock keeper's house still stands and adds a tad of historic ambience to the place.

Fenny Stratford Lock was initially built to aid construction of the canal. It stuck around because it was deemed too costly to remove. It's a pretty location featuring a pub, The Red Lion, and a former lockkeeper's cottage.

A shallow bike pump track suitable for beginners. No permit is required making it accessible to all.
