I neither have to understand nor understand such “recommendations” (section: Discover > Excursion Destinations!). It is one of the busiest traffic sections in the city of Bern. Always traffic jams at the start and end of work, lots of trams and buses and on the bike in between? Aha... Apart from that, the picture in the background shows the main tram station "Bern Bahnhof" on the right (canopy made of glass) and on the left / behind the tram (tram), the Burgerspital and therefore this place is Bubenbergplatz and not Hirschengraben (which, by the way, is only a few meters further south-west)!
