Great beach especially at low tide

At low tide negotiating the river head through the natural arch in the cliff which opens up yo a massbof sandy beach with great views back to the coastline.

Stunning views of Three Cliffs bay as you meander down throught sand dunes from Pennard Castle.

This is a super nice place, a bit busy these days, but it has food and drink facilities, camping, parking. It is basically the hub for activities in Parkmill. If you are walking from here there is a great cafe to buy sandwiches from with olive bread.

You have super nice views down onto Three Cliffs Bay from here. There is also a nice bench so it makes for a good picnic spot, and nearby is Pennard Castle.

The continuously rebuilt stone labyrinth is a popular spot for visiting, nearby are the steeping stones, Three Cliffs itself, and just up the hill is Pennard Castle.

Super nice spot to cross over Pennard Pill Brook, near the Lifeguard Hut. A great photo spot place, but be careful as the stones are only accessible at low tide. The rocks are slippery too.

A small, varied museum of rural life. Perhaps more useful for Komooters, there is a small shop selling food and drinks, and a bicycle shop. Shepherd's cafe is right next door too.

Pennard Castle's situation is both dramatic and beautiful. From its lofty perch on top of Pennard Pill it has a sweeping view out towards Three Cliffs Bay. Though it is now in a state of disrepair, the views are superb and it is still well worth a visit.

Here you have a great view looking down onto Three Cliffs Bay and Three Cliffs itself. This is one of my favourite views of the Gower. I love the climbing on Three Cliffs, so so easy and just a great environment down there on the beach. From here the view is just fantastic and about the best beach view you can get anywhere.

A nice section of forest path and later on a stepped section of footpath through a lovely woodland area.

A beautiful viewpoint on the way to Great Tor. You have a great view across Three Cliffs Bay towards the cliffs themselves from here. One of my favourite views of the Gower.

Tor Bay beach is a beautiful little secluded beach in its own right when the tide is in but forms part of the wider Oxwich Bay beach when the tide is out. A lovely place where you are flanked by Little Tor and Great Tor if you are into your climbing.

A nice view point looking out over Oxwich Bay and the beach whilst being in the shade of Nicholaston Woods. A lovely idyllic part of the Gower.

Nice Path to Pennard Castle. Worth doing it.
