The walk along by the sea is great. For some reason the route then goes inland and through various housing estates which wasn't so great. Would have been better to keep on the coastal path and then double back.

It's worth noting that the pictures here are of Devil's Humps (10 mins away) not Bow Hill. This marker is in the middle of some woodland without a view (but you do walk past a good view as you turn off the main path!)

Particularly like the fact if you go at low tide it looks like you’ve walked on water on the Komoot map!

2 free car parks make this reserve really easy to explore. I like the separated footpaths vs cycle paths and bridleways.

No dogs on the main West Wittering beach in summer, but you can still take them around East Head.

Bignor Hill is another hilltop view point on the South Downs Way. There are nice open views to be had from here down over the South Downs.
