An amazing place in an amazing mountain

The second highest peak in the Rhodopes. Very visited by tourists because there is a military unit on the highest peak and climbing is prohibited.

Lovely hike, Circle, so you can leave your car at the parking. If you stand with your back to the river, the trail in front and the left side towards the Devil's bridge are well maintained. But once you start going down (The last 1/3 of the trail) keep in mind that the trail is not well maintained, and there are some slippery parts where the fence that supposes to stop you from falling is no longer there. Take good hiking shoes, and sticks, and be careful.

The hike to the Devil's Bridge, formed by nature, is quite easy and pleasant. It's also worth it when you turn around after the bridge, because after the bridge you need nerves. There are posts about this path on Youtube 🙈🙈🙈

There is nothing to say here, a beautiful place ,,, I definitely recommend it, the road has been repaired ,,, so see what nature conjures up.

From the outdoor pool (parking) upstream, the path leads along the bank into the forest. A few hundred meters after the signposted junction to Kaleto, a bridge crosses the river. A well-paved footbridge now leads through the gorge to the Lukata meadow. There are many spectacular spots between Devin and Toshkovo, but this section of the river is particularly beautiful with cliffs on both sides to the water. The path here is also family-friendly and safe.
