Between Bonsig and Zietschkuppe, peonies bloom from May to June. Some perennial peonies may bloom as early as early May. In cooler locations, the flowers open from late May to early June and then bloom well into June.

Since this bench is located right next to the hiking trail that leads to the peonies and orchids, you can also use it to reflect on your fabulous experiences in nature right there and feel the bliss in your heart. 🥰🪻🌹

This bench offers a great place to rest and enjoy the beautiful hilly landscape around Löberschütz, either to refresh yourself before the climb to the Zietschkuppe or to recharge your batteries after the descent. Beautiful challenging path, I definitely recommend sturdy shoes but it's worth it

The view is great, but watch out for the dogs behind the fence. They may seem friendly, but could still be intimidating for those with a fear of dogs.

There are some information boards along the way and you can learn a lot of interesting things about the flora and fauna.
