The manager and staff are very friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. The food is very good, tasty, and plentiful, and not overdone. The drinks are also reasonably priced. All in all, top-notch – highly recommended.

Gemünden's Old Saale Bridge in its current form is at least 400 years old, and parts of it are certainly much older.

Full range: cute little shop, but with a wide selection of fruit and small special requests on the shelves.

You don't have to like every picture. But I'm surprised that really good pictures that aptly capture the HL are "rewarded" with a thumbs down. Anyone who thinks they have to score points this way should be ashamed of themselves!

Rieneck Castle is a hilltop castle built around 1150 above the town of Rieneck in the Sinntal valley of Lower Franconia, Bavaria. Today, it serves as the youth castle of the Association of Christian Girl Scouts and Boy Scouts. The castle is known for its tower chapel, unique on the European mainland and located entirely within the keep wall.
