To the north begins the Lusatian Heathland Nature Park. A fantastic nature reserve with diverse flora, fauna, and fungi. The best way to explore it is with a ranger from the nature conservation service. They regularly offer interesting programs. Directly in front of the castle and the old distillery. Be careful when driving through the gatehouse - quite narrow - not suitable for all vehicles
