The church is beautiful and historically very interesting. The original church, along with the entire village, was burned down during the Thirty Years' War. This half-timbered building was built on the foundations in 1695, and the roof tower was added in 1702 (see Wikipedia).

Super friendly and totally delicious, guests are still welcome here, wonderful view of the Havel and a cozy sun terrace with a beach chair for two Highly recommended, we would love to come back

The Stremme is a tributary of the lower Havel, approx. 20 km long. It rises between the communities of Bettin and Roßdorf in Saxony-Anhalt and flows into the Havel at Milow.
