Beautiful! We were here in early spring, and not all parts of the path were easily passable because there were still deep puddles to navigate around. This meant the route had to be planned carefully. Also, the boardwalk ends practically in the water at one point, so it's best to plan your visit for later in the year.

Visitors can expect a village shop and café ("Heimat & Genuss"), a coffee roastery ("Die Rösterin"), the Urlau Gourmet Brewery, the Red Beard Gin Manufactory, and a library with over 12,000 antiquarian books. Guided tours and events offer fascinating insights. It is open Wednesday to Sunday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., with the café open until 5:30 p.m. Admission is €3; children and teenagers up to 17 are free.
