A very beautiful place, a good area for swimming, although it tends to get quite crowded in summer. There are several lovely routes to follow.

A beautiful waterfall. The experience is worth it: there are picnic tables and restaurants nearby. Access to the "area" costs €3 as of July 2025. With this ticket, you have access to the entire riverbank. It's recommended to wear a swimsuit, since to access the area, you have to cross the (very cold) river. There are restrooms that can be used as changing rooms before crossing the river. Once you've crossed, you can settle down wherever you like and take a dip. At the first corner of the river, you can jump from a safe rock. A place for teenagers. You can go upstream as far as you want.

Please note: there are no pharmacies and very few grocery stores are closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. Bring a supply of bandages for walkers, especially for blisters and other injuries.

It is essential to have walking shoes as all the paths around Alquezar are rocky, stony, or covered with mud along the Rio Vero.

A small artificial waterfall formed by an old dam on the Vero River, very close to the town of Pozán. Surrounded by riparian vegetation and quiet paths, it's a perfect place to cool off, rest, or take photos while mountain biking, gravel riding, or hiking. Easily accessible from the Barbastro–Castejón del Puente greenway, it connects with trails in the Vero River Cultural Park.
