The view was incredible. Today we could see as far as Piz Bernina and beyond. To the east, we could see the lakes that already belong to Italy and, of course, the Austrian mountains. And not to forget the Macun Lakes. A magnificent peak, well worth climbing!

The Buffalora area is located at the foot of Piz Nair, west of the Ofen Pass (Pass dal Fuorn) in Val Mustair. Here, you'll find a small inn for a break on the way to the Ofen Pass, right on the border of the national park.

The summit of Mot Tavrü is 2,420 metres high and is located in the Swiss National Park. It is hiked through the Val Tavrü, which is not far from S-charl. The view from the summit is uniquely beautiful.

A worthwhile climb to the summit in the Swiss National Park. Here you can discover a variety of alpine flowers and countless edelweiss along the way. Overwhelming views of the Bernina Massif, the Italian Stelvio National Park and Lake Livignio reward you for every meter of altitude.

This is not the Piz Murtaöl but simply the Murtaröl. With a bit of luck you can see grazing chamois.
