Even during construction, the mountain station set an example: out of respect for the environment, all materials, with the exception of the crane, were delivered by cable car. Sustainability is essential for us, and we are committed to using regional and seasonal products. The entire restaurant is wheelchair accessible and easily reachable by cable car for people with reduced mobility. A great mountain, which can get a bit crowded on nice days. It's worth hiking up as the trails are great!

The path up here is quite challenging and rough in the lower part (Langeboden to Gulmehütte) and without any view in the forest, but up to the summit it is much easier and in more open terrain.

Beautiful hut with a very nice hut warden and delicious dinner prepared by volunteers... The beds are spacious... You have a great view of the Churfirsten and other mountains in the area
