The section of the bike path parallel to the SS36 between Suello and Civate is closed for roadworks! We had to take Via Cariolo and then Via Roncaglio di Civate to avoid entering the SS36, which is prohibited.

The cycle/pedestrian area is beautiful, in absolute tranquility away from roads and immersed in nature. The only negative note that should not be underestimated is that there is no cycle path for a stretch of a couple of km and therefore you necessarily have to walk on a fairly busy road.

Small free car park, excellent as a starting point for the cycle and pedestrian path of Lake Annone (if full, there is another small car park 50 m away). A few steps from the car park it is possible to reach the shores of the lake or, going back from the paved road, start the cycle/pedestrian section (sentiero della Torba)
