After the arduous climb from Lavey-les-Bains with 550 meters of elevation, you can take a perfect rest here with a seat and a wonderful view at over 960m. It is 2.5km from the thermal baths. 900 meters before the rest area there is also a water source with a fountain where you can also drink.

La Cabane de la Braye is a comfortable, unsupervised cabin located in the Swiss Pre-Alps, at an altitude of 1431 meters. It can accommodate up to 8 people, but you must bring your own sleeping bag and fuel for the stove. It has dishes, a cauldron, a table, benches, a hatchet and a saw. You can collect rainwater in barrels or find a nearby source. The cabin is surrounded by forests and meadows, and offers panoramic views of Lake Geneva and the Alps. It is an ideal destination for hikers who love nature and solitude. La Cabane de la Braye is a hidden gem in the Swiss countryside, where you can experience the simple and authentic life of mountain people.

La Varre is a mountain cabin located in the Swiss Alps. Situated at an altitude of around 1,600 metres, it offers panoramic views of the surrounding peaks and valleys. It is a popular destination for hikers, as it is accessible via a well-marked trail that follows a river and forest. La Varre serves local food and drinks, in a warm atmosphere. It is open from May to October and can accommodate up to 40 people for the night.

A classic Swiss mountain refuge, set in a beautiful yet easy-to-access location. The refuge offers local cuisine as well as accommodation during the summer months, making it a worthwhile excursion, especially as it offers excellent views of the Diablerets massif.

Taveyanne is an authentic mountain hamlet with its wooden chalets and shingled roofs. Classified as a historic monument, it still lives today without electricity. The refuge, open from May to October, serves local specialties in an enchanting setting. In the direction of Les Chaux, the dirt road is an ideal playground for gravel enthusiasts.
