It was a castle of the Queen, which was destroyed by the Turks. It was reconstructed in 2005-2006, including the wooden observation tower and the Castle Well, which are worth highlighting (Photos attached). The view of the surroundings is impressive, especially towards the Kevélyek. It is definitely worth a visit, and you can visit the castle for an entrance ticket. The castle is easily accessible, and the surroundings are also nicely developed.

A popular and well-known excursion spot, a few kilometers from Szentendre is Lajos Spring. It can be reached by an asphalt road that goes up to the Spring. From here, hiking and forestry trails follow. The spring water is drinkable, the spring lake is enclosed by walls and is in fairly good condition. There is no information about the tourist house directly near the spring. In any case, the whole thing could do with some modernization, because everything looks the same as when I was here in 1988...

A very beautiful castle, with a steep climb and a steep descent. But with a bit of time and determination, it's doable. Great views over the Danube.

Close to Visegrád - even a short walk away - is the Ördögmalom waterfall. It is essentially found in a small rocky gorge, with a small pond at the end. From here the Apátkúti stream continues to flow. It is worth exploring the surroundings of the stream more, because further up we can find even smaller waterfalls...
