The grounds are wonderfully well-maintained and authentic. The colorful koi in the lake are an attraction in their own right. The Japanese Garden is one of the city of Bad Langensalza's five themed gardens. Once is enough. You always go out. And in the valley. Without a view. That's why I'm on the way back above long. The two churches weren't open either.

This route from Erfurt to the mouth of the Gera can only be recommended. It is better to stop and wait if there is oncoming traffic on the causeway.
