74 m span, completed in 1998. The upper and lower girders support the roadway. Assembled from four sections in Hermann Bahr Gasse. Using a specially built hydraulic walking apparatus, the footbridge moved independently across the Mur River to its current position.

The Graz Calvary, built in the 17th century, is located on the Austein hill near the Mur River in the Graz district of Lend. On its rocky summit stand a crucifixion group with three crosses and several chapels. At the foot of the rock is the later-built, High Baroque Calvary Church of the Holy Cross, with the Holy Staircase and an Ecce Homo stage, next to it are the rectory and the long, narrow Calvary Cemetery. The Way of the Cross to Calvary with its 14 stations no longer exists. The seven stations of the processional route from the city center to the later Calvary Church, which existed before the construction of the structure on the Austein, are still preserved.

It is a very special spot on earth, a true natural idyll, otherwise Arnie, the most famous son of the place - who grew up nearby and whose birthplace now shows his career as a museum - would probably not have proposed marriage to his then fiancée Maria Shriver right here, in a rowing boat on the Thalersee.
