A relatively unspectacular hiking trail along both sides of the Rhine… but you will find peace here

The path meanders gently along the sparkling Rhine, whose water sparkles in the sunlight like a thousand tiny jewels. The air is fresh and clear, filled with the soothing sound of the flowing water.

For more than 1100 years, Laufen Castle at the Rhine Falls has witnessed many social and political upheavals. On the rock trip No. 1 Yellow Line you can experience the Rhine Falls from a unique perspective. The ship takes you to the heart of the Rhine Falls, the mighty central rock. During a 20-minute stop there you have the opportunity to climb the more than 100 steps to the 30-meter-high viewing platform.
