The Woodford has a number of enjoyable winding country roads that are relatively quiet and well-surfaced and offer beautiful views of the surrounding countryside.

Best entrance to the forest, as many routes start and end here..

We stayed here for the Enve Stone Circle Ride and it was absolutely beautiful!

Free parking spot. not many spaces though, so get here early if you don't want to be waiting for a spot.

A pleasant section of the wooded area. nothing sketchy along this bit. a few sticky out roots if going off the track. Good tyres recommended.

Pothole city, found it hard to avoid them while also looking at the view. Doable on a road bike sure, but you'll be staring at the ground the whole time. Also tough to cross the A303 at any time.

Good trip for hiking or cycling with some interesting history. Not to far from Stonehenge
