In the castle you can find the Tourism office (and ask for maps and advice on cycling paths) and an awesome Library. I'ts free entry and it's really worthwhile. Sometimes you can also visit the towers. Awesome view during sunset from the square.

In Località Grinzano, Via Salita Mina in Cervere, in a plot of land surrounded by the Cuneo Alpine crown, the Amphitheater of the Soul has taken shape, a place that leaves room for what most profoundly inspires us, represented by a mask created by the Saluzzo artist Germana Eucalipto. It dominates, in silence, from its seven meter height, the stalls built on the grassy slope, with small terraces sloping down to the body of water that separates the audience from the stage.
