RASIGLIA is a micro village crossed by streams and canals. It can be visited in a few minutes, but it is worth the detour. A bit chaotic to walk there during the weekends, because it is packed with tourists.

CHRONO BIKE has an operator available for assistance and bike rental. I arrived on Sunday around 12 with a flat tire. Thanks to their presence I was able to replace the tube and leave again without having to finish the tour. I recommend it.

Rasiglia, or the little Venice. Along the Menotre valley, reachable with a challenging but not prohibitive climb, the well-maintained road, deserves a passage and a refreshing stop. Excellent local beer! 😉

About 500 meters from the pretty village of Rasiglia stands this beautiful sanctuary which dates back to the 15th century (1450) and was commissioned by the Foligno bishop Bolognini after the discovery of a statue of the Madonna. The church has a single nave and a quadrangular plan, it has actually undergone several alterations, as in the case of the main altar, but it also preserves valuable 15th century frescoes with sacred and biblical themes and, among these, the oldest dates back to 1454, and represents the Madonna della Misericordia.
