Very enjoyable cycle path for everyone

We reached our destination on gravel, a beautiful spot. We ate in peace and quiet in the sun on a wooden bench facing the castle. I'll return with my family to see what the guides have to offer. Reservations are required.

What a nice surprise to find it in front of you on the way to Soncino!

West of the Oglio River is a dirt road reserved for hikers and cyclists. The path is bidirectional and runs parallel to the river. Oncoming traffic is not a problem here; everyone is considerate of one another. You'll find places to rest along the path and will be repeatedly surprised by beautiful, sometimes exotic, plants. Lizards are plentiful here, but unfortunately, they can't keep the mosquito plague under control. It's therefore worth protecting yourself against insects.

In Franciacorta, cycling in this scenario is normal administration

Very beautiful, almost entirely shaded and cool. In some places, the vegetation is very lush, but there are alternative routes. As always, there are the inevitable fallen tree trunks along the way. One in particular is 15 cm in diameter, but you can climb over it. Have a good trip!
