Only dolmen that can still be found "in the wild" in the province of Groningen. The most Northern dolmen on the Hondsrug. Slightly more South, in Midlaren, are D3 and D4 in Drenthe. Both along the Pieterpad.

wonderfully beautiful area. unfortunately I made a mistake when setting up komoot, which is why I cycled criss-cross through it with Pauline. midlaren, Schipborg, Zeegse, Rolde, Anderen, Annen, schipborg, Zuidlaren and back to Midlaren at the Paviljoen de Bloemert had a drink and a delicious Apfelstroedel eaten.

This is the best but also the only part of the route, when it comes to mountain biking. The rest is mainly touring. The part over the Balloērveld requires some strength luggage the loose sand, but have agility.
