Appears to be roughly a consistent 11% gradient on the north side.

Passed from north to south evening time with no construction/traffic going on at the time

Sand section. You either stop for a bath or test your cyclocross skills.

Gravel Road / running track, great place to take down the speed a notch or two

The main beach is nice, but can be crowded. Take a stroll and you'll find lots of nice spots on the lake with nobody around.

The Flaten loop is a beautiful and fun ride for gravel bike. Be nice to the hikers!
