This cycling route between Seuzach and Neftenbach is about 90% on a separate asphalted cycleway with very good smooth asphalt. Use this route to avoid the Winterthur inner city. One is quickly in the countryside and during the Summer time there are several small but great breweries in the area, namely Euelbräu and Hopfenfisch which have some rather smooth and unique beers to sample.

Nice tour for gravel bikers. Only the last part near Andelfingen wasn't good.

You cross the Thur near Gütighausen and Ossingen via a steel truss bridge. It replaces the original wooden bridge that collapsed in 1880. As part of the new building, it was extended to give the Thur more space and thus protect the surrounding area from flooding.

Today's seal tower was built in 1545 by Martin Heunsler from Stein am Rhein. It replaced an older building that served as the eastern entrance to the city. As early as the 16th century, the tower served not only as a clock tower, but also to store documents and the city seal. In 1863 the passage was increased by one meter. In 1943/44 the tower and the clockwork were extensively restored.
