A fantastic route in beautiful natural surroundings, well-frequented on weekends when the weather is good, and a great cycling route that's easily accessible on both gravel and mountain bikes. Lautertal is a special highlight in any season.

One of the busiest valleys in the area—and for good reason. Very busy on weekends when the weather is good. The scenery is truly breathtaking, with numerous stops for postcard-worthy views.

From my own experience, I highly recommend family trips on the Öchsle Railway, as well as the Railway Adventure Day. The Öchsle Railway staff are very professional, and you get a fascinating insight into the operation of a railway.

After the Bear Cave, the path climbs steeply, and there are currently many fallen trees in the way. You should be flexible and able to step over them or climb through the trees below. However, you shouldn't be afraid of heights. The path is very difficult with small children. However, the valley and the aqueduct are very beautiful and quickly make you forget your initial effort.
