Today, it serves the purpose of distributing raw water for industrial water supply and fish farming. The Konstantinteich is located in the middle of a typical former mining area with spoil heaps and mine shafts.

Wegefarth Railway Viaduct Information: The railway line crosses the railway viaduct, built in 1868. At times, up to 500 men were employed in its construction. Length: 348 m, height: 39.5 m, 17 arches. It crosses between the two stations Kleinschirma and Frankenstein.

Former inn and manor house. Now a country hotel in Kleinschirma. The Way of St. James (Camino de Santiago) passes by here. Information: The building that now houses the country hotel was first documented in 1631 as a manor house inn. After a fire in 1806, it was rebuilt. It is one of the most impressive buildings in Kleinschirma. The “Landhotel Kleinschirma” opened on August 19, 1995.
