The Eriskircher Ried is the largest nature reserve on the northern shore of Lake Constance. The area stretches from the mouth of the Rotach River near Friedrichshafen to the mouth of the Schussen River near Langenargen. Here, wetlands and orchards with rare plants, reeds, streams, and remnants of forest dominate the shoreline. The shallow water zone, up to one kilometer wide, is home to numerous animals and plants. Two observation platforms invite you to explore and linger.
