The Frauenberg was probably already a cult site, a sacrificial site, and a castle-fortification complex with four sections in pre-Christian times. Behind the tower the trail goes straight into the ground and after 200 m there is a well-built jump, then about 2 lots of fun with tight bends. There is a tree lying across the road at the moment that cannot be avoided.

The view of the Pfaffenkopf is idyllic and rural. The descent to Steigerthal is fun and you can get to the Wolfsmühle in no time to have a fortifying wheat. ;)
