Weissenalm에서는 여전히 목초지에서 젖을 짜고 있습니다. 5월 중순부터 9월 말까지 오두막 주인은 현장에서 직접 우유를 가공합니다. 따라서 빵과 함께 제공되는 버터와 치즈는 목초지 자체에서 나옵니다. 이를 위해 10마리 이상의 소는 필요하지 않습니다. 그들은 푸른 목초지에서 풀을 뜯고 당신의 방문을 기다리고 있습니다.

In contrast to the other alpine pastures, it's less touristy, which unfortunately is also reflected in the condition of the pasture. Still, that's no reason to avoid it, as its simplicity is also a plus.

We didn't stop in, don't like to reserve a table on a tour, usually need a refreshment before 12 o'clock and the final straw today was the fact that the playground is gone. Who saw the crime scene on August 18th, or the 15 minutes of "disturbing children" before that... In my opinion, not a good concept here - I'll take my snack with me and go somewhere else with my 5 grandchildren. What a pity!!
