Simply amazing! A great destination for a railway embankment hike from Ziegenrück. 1 viaduct and 3 tunnels and then this bridge! The hike on the railway tracks with the dark tunnels is also great for the kids.
The footbridge leads around the Kobersfelsen directly on the water. It is really a wonderful hiking trail. If you have time, take a short detour up the Kobersfelsen. From up there you have a great view.
Great excursion destination near the hall. A bit difficult access, but when you reach the top you will be rewarded with a great reconstructed castle complex. A real insider tip in the region was created with great attention to detail.
Ziegenrück is simply a small, sleepy place between the Thuringian seas. The food is very good and there are countless beautiful cycling and hiking trails. A detour is worthwhile.
