Gut Leye is an estate complex with a manor house in the large Leye nature reserve in Atter. It has been owned by the Ostmann von der Leye family since 1860.

The estate is one of a series of mansions that the city nobility of Osnabrück built around the city. In contrast to the other manor houses, the representative baroque character comes to the fore in Leye. A straight avenue and a star-shaped network of paths lead to the detached mansion. With two symmetrically arranged front buildings, gatehouses and a chapel, it forms a self-contained complex.
