A very beautiful viewpoint (to the south from the Sfäntis to the Central Swiss Alps; to the north from the Belvedere towards Lake Zurich). Good restaurant (please note the opening hours).

This small wayside chapel is also called Langeneggchappeli and is located on the path from Raten to Gottschalkenberg.

The Raten mountain – at 1077m – high above Lake Ägeri offers a fantastic view of our mountains. The Restaurant Raten is highly recommended: The atmosphere is lovely and cozy, the service is friendly, and the food is delicious. It has a large parking lot, which is also a good starting point for hikes. Parking is subject to a fee daily from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm.

A beautiful place for a leisurely stroll! Please note that Hüttnersee is a nature reserve, home to many rare plants and vulnerable bird species. Therefore, please stick to the official paths and keep your dogs on a leash where signage indicates that dogs must be kept on a leash. Very nice viewing platform with a very good photo board that shows and labels the panorama very well.

The Ratten is a very beautiful landscape, whether you are on a bike or a racing bike, it is always nice to be at the top of the mountain.
